**This tutorial is my own creations, from my own imagination.  Any similarities are completely coincidental.**

 This tutorial was written in PSP9, but should be easily transferable to other versions!

Supplies:

Kit:  I'm using the amazing kit "Ghoulies & Ghosties" by PinkParadox Productions.  With 180 elements, 15 frames and 60 papers, this is a Halloween kit that will keep you tagging for days!  You can pick this mega kit up HERE.

Tube of choice:  I'm using the beautiful artwork of Elias Chatzoudis and his tube Hocus Pocus 1, which you can purchase HERE.  Please do NOT use his artwork without the proper licensing!

Mask of Choice:  I am using a mask from Horseplay's Pasture called Mask 37.  You can pick it up HERE.

Font of choice:  I'm using the font PentaGram's Malefissent, which you can pick up HERE.

Plugin: Eye Candy 4000: Gradient Glow

Ready? Let's get started!!

In PSP, open a new image sized 650x650 with a transparent background.

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties Frames (10) and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 40%.

Using your selection tool with these settings:

Draw outside of the middle of the frame, like so:

From the kit, select Ghoulies & Ghosties Papers (49).  Shift + D to duplicate.  Resize 50%.  Paste on to the canvas as a new layer.  Selections > Invert. DELETE.  Move this layer under the frame.

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (14) {the ghost with the Happy Halloween sign} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 30% and place on the left hand side of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  I used 2,2, 79, 8.00, color Black.

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (67) {the pumpkin candy pail} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 25% and place in front of the ghost.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (7) {cat} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 20% and place in front of the candy pail and to the left.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (66) {the lollipop bundle} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 40% and place on the right hand side of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (61) {cupcake} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 25% and place on the right hand side of the frame, in front of the lollipop bundle..  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (57) {cupcake} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 25% and place in front of the first cupcake and to the right.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (60) {cupcake} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 25% and place in front of the second cupcake and towards the left.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

Copy your tube of choice and paste as a new layer on the canvas.  Resize as needed.  Apply a drop shadow of your choice.

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (4) {little witch} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 35% and place in front of your main tube.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (19) {the toy} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 30%.  Image > Mirror.  Place on the right of your tube, near the cupcakes.  Apply a drop shadow of choice.  

From the kit, copy Ghoulies & Ghosties  (92) {the Happy Halloween banner} and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.  Resize 35% and place at the top of your canvas.  Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat.  

From the kit, select Ghoulies & Ghosties Papers (21).  Shift + D to duplicate.  Resize 50%.  Paste as a new layer on your canvas and arrange it to where it covers the banner.  Selections > Invert.  Hit the DELETE key on your keyboard.  In the layer palette, delete the original banner layer (the black one).

Using your Magic Wand, click inside each of the letter of "Happy Halloween" on the banner.  Selections > Modify > Expand > 2.

From the kit, select Ghoulies & Ghosties Papers (53).  Shift + D to duplicate.  Resize 50%.  Copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas and arrange to where the paper covers the "Happy Halloween" selections.  Move this layer under the banner.  Selections > Invert.  Hit the DELETE key on your keyboard.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to the banner.  

From the kit, select Ghoulies & Ghosties Papers (51).  Shift + D to duplicate.  Resize 50%.  Paste as a new layer on your canvas.  Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom.  Apply your mask of choice.  Layers > Merge > Merge Group.

Resize your tag, if needed, at this time.

For the font, I used a Foreground color of #b0d55b and a Background color of #ff8512, size 48, stroke width 1.  I then applied an Inner Bevel with these settings:

I then applied Eye Candy 4000: Gradient Glow with these settings:

Apply a drop shadow of choice.

Add your copyright and license information.  Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.  Save as a PNG and you're all done!!
